- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a pricing matrix that is based off of the size of your business, the density of the geographic region of the business, and the services recommended at the Strategy Session. Also, their are no long term contracts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with them briefly on the phone to see if we are a good fit. From there, we run an extensive audit of the potential customer's online presence throughout the internet. We schedule a meeting with the client to go over the audit in detail. This can be done in person or over the internet. At the end of the Strategy Session, I will give some recommendations based off of our findings. If the potential client likes my recommendations, then we move forward... if not... I thank him/her for their time. Very simple.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since 2006 I have spent and continue to spend more than $20,000 a year on honing my craft in both continuing education and mastermind groups. I owned a gym from 1987 to 2014 and am currently part owner of a successful hair salon. I won Small Business of the Year in 2013 from the Fullerton Chamber of Commerce. I am an expert at helping Small Businesses get more customers walking through their doors and more money in their bank accounts.
