We believe in transparent, upfront pricing through our StraightForward Pricing® system — no hidden fees or surprises. Before we begin any work, we provide a clear, written estimate so you know exactly what to expect. We offer discounted membership plans that include reduced service call fees and repair discounts, and we proudly offer special Heroes pricing for military, veterans, first responders, and teachers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a conversation to understand your needs, whether it’s a repair, maintenance, or installation. We’ll schedule a convenient appointment time, arrive promptly, and perform a thorough evaluation. After that, we present your options with straightforward pricing, answer any questions, and move forward only with your approval. For installations, we’ll also provide equipment sizing and system recommendations tailored to your home and comfort goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are licensed, insured, and manufacturer-certified, and receive ongoing training to stay current with HVAC technology, efficiency standards, and safety protocols. As a One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning franchise, we follow national training standards while also being locally focused on the needs of Fullerton-area homes and systems.
