We bought a beautifully landscaped home that had been neglected and over time the previous owner had less and less ability to throw away old project materials which were gathered all along the sides of our 15,000 square foot yard. Raphael’s team of guys hauled away all the junk and trimmed and racked out 16 giant bundles of dead leaves. The change was shockingly beautiful. Under all those leaves were plants and lovely stone walkways. We got a good price on the house because of the neglected state it was in and for $1500 we now have a backyard that would have upped the price $10,000 at least had it been in the shape it is now. Buy a house as is, and hire these guys. Best money I ever spent.
