Terry at SoCal Stonefire Concrete Construction was very professional! He has an eye for his craft, I was unsure on how I wanted to set up pavers as well as a block planter box. It was everything I wanted but better! His crew worked fast and efficient with each other. Time Management is something this company takes seriously. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most important thing about pricing is understanding cost on the different types of materials that different customers wants. Everything has different pricing. Also areas in different locations can be a difference in pricing as well. For example if u live on a hill or the top of the hill.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just making sure that they understand what is going on and giving them advice on different ways to make there project greater. But most importantly doing what they want in be most professional way possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Iv been around construction my hole life. So every day is a learning process for me. since I have been around it so long my knowledge is advanced. But I still can and will learn more as I go. It’s part of life.
