- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we do a free 20-minute discovery call where we discuss their goals and see if we’re a good fit for each other. If not, I recommend the customer to someone else. If we are a good fit, I recommend a specific service to the client and schedule an initial consultation. For nutrition coaching, I usually require the customer to take certain steps prior to the consultation. I can go more into detail about this on the discovery call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer by NASM. I am also a certified precision nutrition coach. My education is ongoing, and I’m always reading health and wellness books.
