- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Loan Guard Notary, my goal is to make your notarization process simple, secure, and stress-free from start to finish. Initial Contact: Once you reach out, I’ll respond quickly to confirm the details — type of document, number of signers, location, and preferred time. Quote & Confirmation: I’ll provide a clear, itemized quote (including any travel or printing fees) and confirm your appointment via text or email. Document Review: Before we meet, I’ll review your documents (without signatures) to ensure everything is ready for notarization. Appointment & Verification: At your scheduled time and place, I’ll verify your valid ID, witness the signing, and complete the notarization according to California state law. Completion & Delivery: You’ll receive the notarized document immediately. If scanning or shipping is requested (FedEx/UPS), I’ll handle that on the spot. Follow-Up: I’ll check in afterward to make sure you received everything you need and answer any follow-up questions. You’ll always know what to expect — clear communication, punctual arrival, and professional service every time.
