I hired Cortes Concrete Services for some demo, construction of a deck, and installation of a sauna. They stood out from the rest because I dealt directly with the owner. He was onsite and did much of the work himself. He was was great to work with because he listened and worked with me to get the best solution. He was prompt, courteous, clean, and worked with me on the cost. I would definitely hire him again.

The owner responded to me quickly, gave me a fair price and scheduled me quickly. He did the work himself since it was not a big job. He was a very nice guy and did a very good job for a fair price and cleaned up well afterward. I would use him again for sure.

This is sketchy behavior. If someone is licensed they should be honoring their work as a licensed contractor and shouldn’t make the job more expensive. Avoid at all cost.
