Romeo helped level our backyard. Being in San Francisco we have a weirdly sloped backyard with a huge grade and only a tiny door opening to the backyard. Romeo and his crew was motivated to figure out how to work around our limited backyard exit. Other contractors refused to even attempt this work or were charging significantly more. On top of that Romeo is super responsive, probably more than most contractors I've ever worked with. That's hard to find in my experience. It started raining and our dirt became a pile of mud so the guys had to pause and restart later. They kept to their word. Just be flexible with timing and be prepared for the unexpected, which is what you'll find anytime you work with a contractor. Would definitely hire again and recommend.
