On top of that Romeo is super responsive, probably more than most contractors I've ever worked with. That's hard to find in my experience. It started raining and our dirt became a pile of mud so the guys had to pause and restart later. They kept to their word. Just be flexible with timing and be prepared for the unexpected, which is what you'll find anytime you work with a contractor.
Would definitely hire again and recommend.
