FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are customized based on the job. Depending on the client's needs, we work within a budget for the customer so they aren't surprised by the bill every month. Our clients know what services they are getting and how much will be billed without surprises. We will quote you a flat fee or an hourly fee whenever possible. Tax returns are priced based on the complexity of the return. Tax resolution fees are based on the amount delinquent and the amount of work involved to negotiate with the IRS. Bookkeeping fees are based on an hourly rate. CFO services and business consulting services are quoted on an hourly basis. Payroll services are quoted monthly, based on the number of employees you have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we bring on a new client we like to find out as much as we can about their financial situation. The more information we have, the better we can help the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The founder of the firm, Jacob K. Farsakh, is an CPA, which is the highest professional certification in accounting. We are QuickBooks ProAdvisors and are consistently taking training and educational classes so that we can stay up to date with the latest laws and provide the best service to our clients.
