Alex quickly responded to my initial plumbing inquiry with a great estimate and was able to schedule my kitchen faucet installation right away at a reasonable cost. He came out the next day and completed the job efficiently and professionally, and my new faucet looks beautiful. Alex was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you, Alex - we truly appreciate your outstanding work.

Our water pressure in our home had spiked and our pipes were making all kinds of noises and we knew we had to replace our regulator. Alex was so responsive — even on a Saturday — and came out without hours of our reaching out. He was incredibly professional, communicative, and knew exactly how to address the issue. He showed us one additional part of our system that needed repair and it wasn’t a big elaborate upsell. Just a simple hey this will be an issue too we can fix it while we are here, which we really appreciated. We will definitely call Alex next time we have a plumbing need.

Details: Yes, repair is urgent • No, the building is not currently flooded • Other pipe issue • Part of a larger issue with the plumbing system • House

Alex was fantastic - super easy to work, timely, and responsive. Also, extremely reasonable pricing. He also even took a look at our sink when the job was just for the bathtubs. Would definitely use again for future work!

A knowledgeable, clean, and professional plumber from CMS came to my house and diagnosed a leak that recently started coming through our drywall. This leak had baffled previous plumbing estimates that ranged heavily in price and would require opening entire walls. Our professional from CMS had a hunch it was not the plumbing, But a leak in our roof. He was 100% correct and he gave me the info on how to fix it. A good honest company with a problem solving mentality and wide range of skill.

Details: Leaking or burst pipes or appliances • Faucet malfunctioning • Bathroom • Shower or bathtub • Need professional's assessment • House
