Our water pressure in our home had spiked and our pipes were making all kinds of noises and we knew we had to replace our regulator. Alex was so responsive — even on a Saturday — and came out without hours of our reaching out. He was incredibly professional, communicative, and knew exactly how to address the issue. He showed us one additional part of our system that needed repair and it wasn’t a big elaborate upsell. Just a simple hey this will be an issue too we can fix it while we are here, which we really appreciated. We will definitely call Alex next time we have a plumbing need.

A knowledgeable, clean, and professional plumber from CMS came to my house and diagnosed a leak that recently started coming through our drywall. This leak had baffled previous plumbing estimates that ranged heavily in price and would require opening entire walls. Our professional from CMS had a hunch it was not the plumbing, But a leak in our roof. He was 100% correct and he gave me the info on how to fix it. A good honest company with a problem solving mentality and wide range of skill.

GMS came over on time to fix my shower and toilet the price stayed the same as the quote and was done quickly and professionally I thought it was going to be a lot more but I feel the price was very low I’ll definitely go with GMS again ……👌
