FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We aim to learn as much as possible about the customer's vision for their event . We understand that planning an event can be nerve-wracking and we want to make sure that the food is the least of their worries. We ask questions about the menu to ensure that it is exactly what they want and how they want it. We provide samples of our food to the potential client, at no cost to them of course, to demonstrate the taste and quality of our meals. We ask about the location and typically visit the location prior to the event to ensure that we know how to get there and what to expect when we get there. This also gives us the opportunity to plan how we will set-up our equipment to have the best possible flow and effectively manage the line(s) for food. Once everything is agreed to with the customer in terms of menu, pricing, location etc., we send the customer our standard agreement and book the date once it is signed and returned. We make the process as seamless and customer-friendly as possible.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started catering family events as a child. My grandmother taught me how to cook as a child and taught me how to cook for large groups. Ending up in the catering field happened organically.
