I highly recommend Kodiak Construction. Work was a concrete driveway extended to circular driveway and pavers installed to the front entryway. I'm highly recommending David, Kristina, and their tradesmen for many reasons:1) Professionals with seriously high standards. They were the only company who could match the elevation of the existing driveway, existing pavers, and keep a drainage slope.2) Communication before, during, and after the job was excellent. Kristina in particular.3) PG&E in their infinite wisdom spray painted the existing concrete driveway in yellow after I told The Illuminati, in person, that day, the new driveway was going on the opposite side of the lot and don't put paint on the concrete driveway. Kodiak removed PG&E's grafitti - no charge. 4) The chemistry of that company is great. David and the crew during the three days, in particular, was very cool to watch.I've got Kodiak tapped for the backyard as soon as I can figure out what to do with that disaster. Seriously, these guys are great.

Dave evaluated my project and his knowledge and experience was immediately recognized as he solved some critical slope issues across a network of walkways. His crew was experienced with a couple of people brought in with special skills to insure the proper slopes and finish. They were able to complete my project within less than two weeks with no delays. There were no fancy finishes such as exposed rocks but it was done cleanly and uniformly, just as I wished. There was one glitch at an unusual corner that resulted in a fine crack, but it was repaired with a rebar rod for strength and epoxy with no sign of the crack or any damage to the corner after 4 or 5 months. It came with a promise of further repair if it failed, which I accept given everything I now know about the company. I would recommend Kodiak to anyone wishing the services of a concrete contractor.

We met with three concrete contractors for a new circular driveway, new sidewalk around to front door, new front entry and step, and back patio. We went with Kodiak and were happy we did. Owner David was on site every day for the several weeks our job was open (there was significant demolition in the beginning...). David and his crew were extremely hardworking and respectful and did a great job. We went with tinted concrete and some partswere stamped. We continue to like it very much and would use them again in a heartbeat.
