Introduction: Are you looking for something unique and fun for your upcoming event? I now offer special remote DIGITAL CARICATURE services via Zoom/Google! TRADITIONAL CARICATURES are still available and are shipped via USPS insured Priority mail. I can sketch live remotely, or from photographs. (Unfortunately, due to the Pandemic, I am not yet doing live sketching on-site). I started my caricature and portrait career at the Disneyland Resort in 2003. I took my passion for art and animals to continue working in customer service creating art for people from all over the world. My custom caricatures of people AND animals make special gifts or souvenirs for your next party, happy hour, wedding, red carpet event, animal rescue benefit, etc! (As a bonus, I have special experience teaching art to children, as well as a decade of specializing in dog handling and behavior). Please send me a message to inquire!

In seeking a memorable portraiture of an animal or person, definitely collect an artwork from erika... Her artistic style beams true realism and passion with captivating expressions of her subjects, radiating from the eyes. The colors rendered in her brushstrokes create a lively, unique style, all her own. Yes, don't pass up this art collection!

I've used Erika's services since 2017 when she came in to one of my communities for an event where she created caricatures of guests' pets. She rounded out the event so well and everyone loved her presence and especially, her work. Through Covid, we figured out a way to continue bringing her work to my guests and the community, and those were so well received also! She went above and beyond, engaging with them on social media and making sure they were all happy with the work and making them feel really special. Personally, I've also asked Erika to create a few works for presents. She really captured the essence and I am so in love with everything she has created! I highly recommend her for the work but also for her professionalism and her artistry. Here's just one of many pieces she has created. Kona's parents were so thrilled.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Live caricature entertainment is $150 per hour. Commissioned art varies by media, size and time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy speaking with each client through email and the phone to get a clear idea of the type of artwork I will be creating for them. 25% deposit is necessary to reserve a calendar date for live caricature entertainment. 50% deposit is necessary for me to begin commissioned art pieces. I typically work from photographs of the subject provided by the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration and Entertainment Art from California State University, Fullerton.
