Earlier this year we decided to remodel 2 of our bathrooms, large master included, as they were outdated and had a few plumbing issues. We got referred to Armen and decided to go with them and have no regrets. Armen and his team were extremely professional and clean. They always double checked any design elements along the way to ensure it was exactly how we wanted things and even gave recommendations at times when needed. Per the original contract the job was completed on time and the original agreed upon price. (I’ve had other contractors tack on expenses) We had one small problem after we were all finished so I let Armen know and they came out within a week and fixed it in one day. We absolutely love the results and couldn’t be happier. I’m glad we got referred to Priority One Construction through a friend and went with them. Great company, great people and great work! We had a great experience with Priority One Construction to expand and remodel our master bathroom. My husband and I had a vision and Armen immediately understood it and gave us a fair quote.
In preparation for the project, Armen put together a spreadsheet outlining everything we needed to purchase on our end. When the project started, everything moved along in a timely manner and he consistently kept us updated with where we are and what comes next. We didn’t have much idle time and we even finished ahead of schedule. We were super happy with the end result and so glad they were referred to us. We will definitely be using them for our upcoming remodel and suggest you do the same!

We hired Priority one for our home remodel and ADU addition. The contractor Armen just made the choice an easy one for our family. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process which eliminated the anxiety we were feeling with such a large investment. When they started we immediately noticed how professional and detail oriented they were and that continued till the end with such attention to detail that they even made sure the screws on the light switch cover plates were all facing the same direction!! We have been so lucky to have had such a great contractor and will always recommend them to anyone looking for the best.

Armen and his team were extremely professional and skilled. Me and my wife were blown away with the transformation after our home remodel was complete. The work progressed in a timely manner and the communication was excellent throughout. As you know, it’s hard finding a good contractor and we were very lucky.
