Ed did a great job on the floors. He also installed a tile hearth, necessary due to requirements of non-flammable material surrounding fireplaces. He also has experience in other aspects of home renovation, which makes it convenient if other issues are discovered during the project. His pricing is competitive.

Pricing is pretty straight forward. I can typically quote a job price unless there are some unknowns or something pops up after demolition is completed. If there variables, we will quote a variable rate.
