Daniel was great. He arrived as discussed, evaluated the repairs & parts needed, then went out to pick everything up. Once he had everything, the repairs were completed quickly & efficiently. Daniel was patient and listened to any concerns we had. We were so impressed by him, we ended up asking him to handle another small project, (which he agreed to do same day at a reasonable fee.) We will definitely use My Pleasure service again & higly recommend.

In a world where everyone is trying to get the most bang for their buck, this company shared my interest to save with fair prices, but it was moreso about the quality and care of the work. They small things like being friendly, asking if they should remove their shoes, & cleaning up after the work, etc. are what left a lasting impression. They weren’t just doing a job, they were seeking to do a great job! My home project had a small hiccup and they brainstormed (off the clock with me) and then resumed the work on the clock after the plan was re-established, so I wouldn’t have to pay more. They’ve got a repeat customer with me and I recommend them to you also❗️
