Talk with them on the phone to find out what service they need, and if they have the documents and ID's or any witnesses they may need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NNA and NSA certified. I have gone through courses and pasted the necessary tests and background clearance. I have also been in the Real Estate industry for many years.
