Before getting into this diet I though if had less meals a day and that would help me lose weight but after a while I didn't see any difference even tho I excerised almost everyday of the week. But after that I learned if I had many meals but portioned them correctly it would make a difference . She help a lot and I learned many new things that I didn't know before. Over the past two mounth I have lost nearly 20 lbs and the way I eat has help me a lot and also my overall mood.

Sharzad is a great nutritionist. She is passionate and thoughtful. She incorporated changes to your daily life by focusing on your life style and your current diet routine. Usually diet cilincs or dietitions don't listen or follow your current diet plan, but she listens and with few minor changes to your diet plan help you to feel healthier and happier.
