- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the type of services needed, we offer different pricing, from fixed rates to hourly. Tax resolution cases (excluding Tax Court) are all on a fixed price bases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will speak with an attorney and go through an initial intake and consultation. If you are calling in for a tax matter, we will also conduct a free compliance check with the IRS to obtain accurate information regarding your matter. Once you decide to proceed with hiring our firm, we will send out the necessary retainer agreement and paperwork. Upon receipt, we will hit the ground running and start working towards resolution of your case.
