Very nice guy who was very responsive and patient. He bent over backwards to make himself available at the 11th hour. However, his communication was not always clear and we found out near the end of our process with him that he was not a CPA, which we wished we had known from the beginning. He also raised his agreed upon price after we already negotiated a price increase from his initial quote. Had I not sent him my last year's tax return to make the second quote I might have felt it was more justified, but when I tried to explain that to him he expressed that he felt it was just more complicated than he thought. Since we were in the middle of the tax return and he had already taken a deposit from us we felt obliged to continue the process. As nice as he is, we will not be using him again next year.
