Introduction: My background is marketing research and advertising. I've had a marketing research firm since 1982 while simultaneously working with big agencies on marketing and creative testing. I am well-versed in online surveys for marketing and creative testing having conducted over 150 of such surveys. I am also very experienced in qualitative research, having conducted well over 750 focus groups throughout North America.
I'm focused on getting actionable information and results for my clients that allow them to make decisions or find opportunities.
