David responded to my post within an hour. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did not, as so many others had before him, treat me as if I were stupid. David was able to fix an issue that two techies before him in another State were unable to do. I found David to be a breath of fresh air, and I can highly recommend his talent with computers.
