FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices depend on job . Flat rates allow the customer piece of mind to know that I am not milking them by the hour and their new system was not rushed .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a new customer contacts me I like to have a phone conversation to make sure I get all the information needed. I will then offer my recommendation and set a time to install based on the customers need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked and contracted for circuit city, firedog, mission audio, Bestbuy and many other outfits locally. I have mounted over 200 tv's and can do anything in audio/video, security, home automation or computer systems .
