I recently hired Quality Care for several adjustments in my new home, and I must say I was extremely satisfied with their work. The team was punctual, wrapping up the project in a swift two-day timeframe. The quality of work was also high; they successfully relocated my air conditioner condensing unit, added an additional vent, and installed a new dryer vent. In terms of professionalism, the crew was top-notch. Everyone was courteous and skilled, and I'd like to give a special mention to Alan, who was particularly friendly and knowledgeable. Communication was seamless throughout the project; the team kept me well-informed about what they were doing at every stage. The total cost of the project was $3,950, which I found to be quite reasonable considering the scale of the job and the number of staff involved. The only minor drawback was their reluctance to install a doggie door, but as they are specialists in HVAC services, it's understandable. I'll be looking for another contractor for that specific task. Overall, I would highly recommend Quality Care for anyone in need of air conditioning and venting services. They are efficient, professional, and offer fair pricing for their services.

Yes! We have air after 30 yrs! Everyone told us it would be a complicated mess and cost a fortune. These guys got the job done! Everyone at this company knows the industry, there’s no middleman sales person. Everyone is a professional. Technicians cleaned up afterwards and ensured the system function. This job was complicated. They had to drill through a concrete wall, climb through the attic crawl space and build a special housing for the wires ! These guys can do anything!

Let me say, I have only GREAT things to say about ANSON and his Company! I needed new ductwork installed in this heatwave, and the company that replaced the HVAC system a year ago was unable (or unwilling) to do this because of the heat and his [busy] schedule. Thumbtack gave me QualityCare, and within minutes, Anson called to discuss my issue. He is Professional, Honest, Resilient and told me to let him know if the original guy schedules me. After 11 days, I still got nothing, so ANSON told me on Saturday to give him 3 minutes to make a call and see if he could have one of his guys go inspect the attic and vents. He called me back and schedules with me early Monday morning to inspect. A 2nd guy brought out materials to the job and the 2 worked together to get this installed. My Tenant is extremely happy now with 100+degree temps in HEMET! I RECOMMEND ANSON & Quality Air to anyone needing honest, excellent work done. It is great having a Company like this on Thumbtack. Use them, you won't be sorry!!
