- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies based on what your project needs are or if you pay for a package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial conversation, usually no more than 10 minutes, I come to your home for a Comprehensive Assessment. The charge for this 1–2-hour assessment is $100.00. If we decide to work together, I subtract that $100.00 from the first invoice. I work a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 5 hours per session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master's degree in Education & Instructional Technology and Adult Learning Principles. I have taken specific courses in Professional Organizing principles as well as Chronic Disorganization and ADHD in Adults.
