Recently we were hearing running water in our yard and were unable to find the source. A plumber told us it was likely our irrigation system, which we don't even use. I found Diaz Landscaping online and filled out a request form. I heard back in about 2 minutes, and Brian offered to come the next day! Once he and his dad arrived, they were able to quickly identify that the situation was actually a lot worse - a major copper pipe burst underground - and nothing to do with irrigation at all. Instead of just leaving me to figure out next steps on my own, they gave me guidance, referrals, called their contacts to get back up options in line, and were incredibly attentive. Happy to report that I used their plumber recommendation (Amesos) and the issue was cleared up that same day. I asked for a referral for a landscape designer, and they gave me one who came over the next day, and I'm looking forward to hiring Diaz to do the work if we move forward. They have certainly earned my loyalty through their customer service!

Brian and his Dad Sylvester could not have been more of a pleasure to engage with. They came out the day after I contacted them. And they immediately diagnosed that the issue I was having was not with the irrigation valves (as had been told to me by a plumber), but with a pipe that had been installed incorrectly underneath the house. They showed me exactly what was happening and made a recommendation for the fix. I will definitely contact them if needed again!
