Wanted to charge over $4,000 to replace stair stringer which is a days worth of work at most, i.e. over $400 an hour. Forget about med school be a contractor. UPDATE He made an angry contact to me about my review and didn't mention anything about his outrageous pricing which is the point of the review process. I deleted a star for this because he is a job scalper. Do the wage test, ask how many hours the job will be and how much they want, divide by the hour to see their hourly rate $400+ is not fair and should not be rewarded with stars. Bottom line, it was a big waste a time for me and will require me to repost because it blocks out others from making a bid. grrrr
