- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services starts @$65 and determines set price on the weight,size,condition of your pets coat,temperament of your pet. I always do all I can to ensure a safe,peacful,enjoying grooming for every pet that I come across with. That is my goal!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
10% off for first time customers and a one on one meet &greet with pet, answer all questions and educate the pet parent if needed.? I like to make sure you as a pet parent knows what is being done and why your pet needs certain grooming. My goal is to make a pet feel great by giving them the best spa experiance possible and help their parents 😉 understand the necessary proper grooming method for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 yrs. in training dogs & cats. 10 yrs. in grooming, 13 yrs. in pet sitting. I first started in a : Volunteer school program: TLC, @ the Carson Animal Shelter Summer of '95, We trained dogs so they can have a better chance getting adopted. Private Dog & Cat training-West La area, and Hacienda heights surrounding areas. -'96-'2000 I would do basic training with both dogs and cats. To Guard, and protection traing with dogs. Petco @City of Industry, From Animal Specialist to Certified Pet Groomer. - '2000-'2007 Travel Pet Groomer - California to Neveda.-'2007-'2013 Traveling around helping shops with their high demand and training new groomers. Unites States Air Force K-9 Dept.- @San Antonio Lackland Air Force Base - '2013-2014 All types of caring and TLC for all canines on the premises. Anywhere from the count of 1to 900 of our brave working K-9s soldiers.
