I have covered sports, leisure, entertainment, human interest and politics. Some of my favorite assignments were during the early 2000s when California wildfires and mudslides devastated many communities. I had the opportunity to follow firefighters, rescuers and other first responders into the chaos and capture images of these catastrophic events. My other stimulating assignments included entertainment shoots of Eric Clapton, Tina Turner, Los Lobos, etc. I also have a special interest in recording videos of drug cartel and immigration activity in Mexico. I will travel to the Chiapas, Mexico/Guatemala border to record video of individuals hopping "the beast train" in their pursuit of a better life in America.
