Nate from Hiva and Sons Construction gave the quote. This was the 3rd quote that I received on a job to installing 2 large concrete parking pads and one of them has to be to able withstand the weight of my motorhome. The 1st guy required $100.00 just to give me a quote, he was there 5 minutes and he was way over priced by about 2 grand. The second one didn't charge for the quote but he was still high. Then came Nate from Hiva

Amazing job done by Hiva & Sons building a new backyard wall. The wind tore down my old one and they managed to keep my property secure during the build. The wall is amazing and will last for generations. -5 stars!

Improve how they level and slope concrete because the concrete sloped TOWARD the house, flooding the room with water when it rains. Improve how they set their forms so there are no voids on the sides of the concrete. Leave work area clean and not use clients tools or take tools, took my broom, shovel and level and left their bottles, cigarettes, fast food trash in my backyard. Haul away old concrete instead of mixing it with new concrete, broke up old concrete and used it as base of the new, not a good practice. I'm willing to update this review if they come and correct the voids, add the step, and return my tools.
