- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I currently charge a flat rate of $300 for agreements that are 15 pages and under. Contracts over 15 pages start at a flat rate of $500, so it will depend on the complexity of the agreement. My prices for redlining and negotiating vary depending on the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After attending law school at UCLA, I took and passed the California bar exam. Then I worked at a large law firm for four years before I transitioned to an in-house role.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Sole proprietors (e.g., entertainers, photographers), small businesses contracting with individuals or other businesses, and big corporations.
