Daniel was on time, so pleasant and professional. He was very forthright and thorough in his assessments of our chimneys and dryer vent. It was way more expensive than anticipated but I trusted in what he said and recommended abd was able to fix everything then and there so I didn’t have to miss more work time. and that’s worth it to know that we don’t have to worry anymore . The tech was able to identify and photograph an issue that we could never have seen ourselves - a disconnected dryer exhaust duct line deep within our crawl space - and was able to repair it for a very reasonable price. Every step of the way he stopped to show us what he discovered and our options, so there were never any surprises in regards to service options. Very polite and thorough work, will hire again.
