Carlos was very friendly and knowledgeable and able to answer any questions. He provided us with licenses that we asked for. He communicated exactly what they were going to do before and during the job. They were very quick. We thought they were going to take all day. But the job took about almost 4hours. He stayed at the job site all day and managed the workers. They moved pretty quickly and efficiently and started right away and didn't waste any time. Only thing is the cleaning part. I wish they had cleaned a little bit better than they did. Other than that they were great.

Don't know where to start with how impressed I was with Carlos and Cesar. I am a business consultant and will use them as a gold standard for how customer service is done right.

It starts with their arriving on time to review the job and to bid. They were respectful and courteous. I told them that I needed one tall pine to be cut back so that limbs would not hang into the neighbor's yard. They explained that it would be best to have the entire tree trimmed or it may become unbalanced with one side trimmed and the other not. When they they gave me their bid it was reasonable enough that I asked that they trim two tall pines and two palms, none of which had been trimmed in more than 15 years.

A day later I received by email a simply written contract, a bonding certificate, and two certificates of liability.

Carlos arrived on time with his truck, shredder, and crew. They were well presented and professional, and got to work right away. This was an all day job and soon the yard was about 6 feet high with trimmings. They crew was very fast at removing the waste even though it had to be done by hand and included a long walk from the back yard to their truck in front. Hardly a half hour went by when Carlos didn't visit me to give me an update on what they are doing and how they are doing it. He assured me that our yard, and the yards of neighbors, would all be cleaned up and returned to how they were before the trimming began.

By the end of the day my two 60 foot pines and two palms that were even taller were properly trimmed and absolutely beautiful. When my neighbor returned from work I met her to show her that she no longer had concerns about the limbs that hung over into her yard. She smiled with joy and was so impressed with how nicely the work was done. If she had only known that a few short hours earlier her back yard was buried in tree debris!

By the end of the day, I had asked Carlos to have Cesar give me a quote on landscaping work and I engaged Raygoza to trim my tall eucalyptus and ficus, both in the front yard.

I am not quick to applaud the work of others, especially those who are paid to perform a service. The work that Raygoza does will now be the yardstick by which other service people will be judged.
