- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Booking fees are mandatory if you book a service for a future date. Basically, since we’d likely be clearing our schedule of other potential offers for the sake of your event, the booking fee protects JGM if you cancel, so we will not be uncompensated especially with turning down other potential offers for that given date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers we like to get a feel for what their goals within the project are and contemplate how we can accomplish the foreseen end. In other words, what is their expectation/Vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background in social media plays a big part in my content creation skills. (Experiential training) I also had to complete a certain amount of training to pass the Part 107 Exam to be able to operate a small unmanned aircraft like a drone and or other aircrafts. (Course training) And of course actually being out on the field doing my job has helped me to learn so much, maybe even some things a typical class couldn’t teach a person in this line of work.
