Joel is an awesome contractor! 5 stars for sure. Joel responded to my project request instantly on Saturday evening, and provided a fair quote after asking essential questions and asking for more photos. He promised to come at 9 am and arrived on time, then finished removing the existing fan and installing 6 recessed lights beautifully and efficiently. The quality of work is excellent. He used his professionalism to tell us that the dimmer switch we got had compatibility issues and so recommended the correct one. He also promised to come back and replace the switch for free when the switch is delivered. He also came back the second day morning to help us patch the broken dry wall due to fan removal. The quote is less than what light stores quoted for light installations. Given the high quality work, this price can’t be more fair. If you are looking for a responsible, professional, and reasonable constructor to install lights, definitely give Joel a serious consideration!

Hired him for some conduit installation in order to get fiber internet service run to my house. Friendly and professional, came through on time and got the work done the same day.
