I reached out to FN2 about a kitchen demolition and haul-away, and the experience from start to finish was top-notch. Fernando got back to me immediately and set up a FaceTime to look at the space. Within three hours, I had a clear and fair quote in hand—talk about efficiency! Leading up to demo day, Fernando kept in close communication, working with me on timing and even confirming his arrival the day of. That kind of professionalism is rare and appreciated. Now, for the actual demolition—Fernando and his team are on another level. They carefully dismantled each cabinet piece by piece to avoid damaging the walls or floors. Every few minutes, I heard the shop vac going to keep the space clean—these guys are meticulous. But it didn’t stop there. Fernando genuinely cared about my space and safety. He advised against installing an appliance in a spot that could’ve compromised my home’s structure—and he was right. We even discovered a crack in the foundation, and he sealed it without hesitation. I could go on forever about how awesome this team is, but I’ll leave it at this: If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and truly invested in doing the job right, Fernando is your guy. We had a flimsy broken bed that needed repaired and Fernando did an above and beyond job by not just fixing the broken piece, but installing extra wooden pieces and legs to the bed and making it really sturdy. He also did a couple of other jobs on the day at no extra cost. Very pleased with the job and will definitely hire again.

I have been very happy with the work that FN2 Services (Fernando) did at 3 locations. I initially contracted with Fernando to work on a rental apartment that I own. The work included doing many small repairs throughout the apartment and painting the whole place. Fernando and team did a great job so I then had them work on an adjacent, larger apartment that needed to be put up for rent after a disastrous earlier tenancy - the place was left in shambles with lots of repairs required. Here too Fernando did a great job, painting the whole place, doing the many repairs required as well as helping with installing the new appliances that I had ordered for the place. I finally had Fernando help out with sprucing up a Condo that I had recently purchased - here too there was lots of painting and some small repair works including some electric repairs. Overall I have been very happy with Fernando and team's work, and would definitely reach out to him for any future work I need to get done. Will try to add photos later on.
