Fredy was hired to do core aeration on my lawn. I gave him contract for two houses and he did an excellent job in a timely manner with the rental equipment. The machine is very heavy but Fredy was really good with this. He made sure all areas were aerated and I could use his services in the future too. He is very honest and punctual and really good person to work with. Thank you Fredy.

At first he was ok but then never showed up was upset if I asked him to skip even though I texted him and then the yard was not done properly lawn mowing was horrible and cleanup and trimming were bad. Weeds did not received treatment then when I asked him to cut trees asked for more money for waste which is ok with me but found out he dumped it at Home Depot and was caught by security doing it. I would tell him when not to come but he wouldn’t show up and I would have to text him multiple times and finally respond with I’m busy. Would not come when promised and then blame me if I texted him to ask why. Not reliable and work is not good.
