Steve arrived on time to give a quote for the project: a stamped-concrete patio in the backyard. He showed pictures of various concrete styles and made measurements. He gave a competitive price which I liked so I hired him. He removed some old concrete and set them aside for hauling away. He put molding around the perimeter of the patio; put the rebar; pour the concrete; smoothed, gapped, & stamped the surface; and then finally applied lacquer glaze to give the stamped concrete a shiny wet look.

Steve brought a book pictures showing his work the day he came to give us a bid. As the saying goes "A picture is worth 1000 words". Steve communicates quickly and well by text, which made coordinating schedules easy. My husband and I both feel the project turned out better than expected; I contribute this largely to trusting Steve's recommendation for materials. He tied in the new patio beautifully to the existing (6 year old) patio. We will definitely be calling Steve again when we turn our front yard into a drought friendly outdoor living space! I will attach photos and video if I can!

We hired Steve to landscape our yard. I've been planning for the project for a year now and had very high expectations. Steve and his crew exceeded them! The yard used to have several large palm trees, acacia trees, and a huge banana tree. Although the trees were removed before he started, he and his crew had to remove large tree stumps. In addition, he also did the following: - Built 4 feet tall stone retaining wall - Leveled through ground in front and behind the retaining wall (they had to remove A TON of soil) - Planted 4 trees and several smaller shrubs - Set up irrigation drip system - Poured gravel over rest of the yard This is a lot of work! Steve and his crew worked tirelessly for a week. They had a great attitude and took pride in making sure every task was done perfectly. For our next landscaping project, we'd definitely ask Steve first!
