Just amazing. He went above and beyond to solve my problem. He drove 1.5 hours on the weekend to help, and at the same time offered me an amazing price. The quality of the work is excellent. I highly recommend Town Locksmith. It’s the best balance between quality and cost.

Reliable and was quick to respond. I have a rental property that has a door with a thumb press handle. The mechanism inside malfunctioned so my tenants were locked out the house. Jacobo responded right away and arrived as soon as possible— on a weekend!
He replaced the hardware the lock and the problem was fixed. He also reassured me that if it reoccurs or if there’s another issue with that lock, he’ll return to fix it at no cost. I greatly appreciate that type of service. Jacobo is very professional and prompt.
