- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer only metal manufacturing. Custom ornamental iron jobs. Which includes iron, aluminum, stainless steel, bronze, copper. Custom metal gates, doors, fence, handrails, guardrails, and miscellaneous fabrication. We include wood in our work when the client asks for it. but it always goes with metalworking. NOTE: We do not make wooden fences or wooden gates We work with designers according to the interest of the client. We give ideas to the client sharing our designs with work already done to reach an agreement. We usually work with the safety codes and standards stipulated by the state, county and City.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Part # 1- Typically, when working with a first-time customer, Usually, the customer knows exactly what project are interested WE ASK FOR: *The metal or material he or she likes. * The measurements. With this information, we can work to give an estimate close to reality. If the client agrees to our price. we proceed to make an appointment to take the professional measures according to the project Part #2- We ask to set up a meeting if there are no plans or measurements available. We also ask why kind of style or design the customer would like for their project. Part #3- When the two parties agreed on the price of the project, type of material, measurements, and paint specification. We proceed to sign an agreement. which includes a monetary advance. (The amount is according to the agreed project)
