Please pay attention to my mistake with this so-called contractor. Juan contracted with me to repair a few cracks and dings in my stucco. Juan then hired a guy from Craigslist to do the work. He then attempted to come and fix the job that the Craiglist guy did. Three so-called fixes laster and this is the product of Juan and J&S Plastering. After this situation, I discovered that Juan is NOT licensed and is NOT insured. There is no company called J&S Plastering. Juan works for someone else and is doing stucco jobs on the side. I honestly do not believe the photos he has posted are his own. My pics are proof of the type of work he does. After this situation, I have to have to hire someone else to fix this mess. If you want your house to look like the attached pics then hire Juan and J&S Plastering. If you want a good job, then please find someone else. _________ So my review isn't correct? This isn't true? I am a liar? YOU DO NOT HAVE A LICENSE and you are NOT INSURED, which is required by California state law. Prove me wrong and prove anyone else wrong interested in hiring you. You have no idea what you're doing. I will be sending all proof to Thumbtack to prove that you said not to pay you but that I would regret it, thus threatening me. I had to hire someone else to fix your work, which cost me close to $2000 and I will be sending that too. I can show the various quotes to fix the work YOU'VE done. If anyone is interested in seeing all the pics I will gladly send them. I can also show 10 different expert opinions stating that the work done on my home was not done properly by YOU. Plus the pictures are proof enough. THESE ARE REAL PICS OF YOUR WORK. THESE ARE REAL PICS AFTER THREE FIXES.
