I am delighted to write this review! Presently (2023), I live in Alabama, but needed some work a 2019 California Tax forms after living in Alabama for 4 years! Mr Sing answered the call, after having no responses for others I had contacted. He phoned within two hours. The following day, I faxed the paperwork to him, and within 24 hours, he had completed my tax forms.. and now, within 4 days, the paperwork is off to the State. It was an easy process with Mr. Sing, who was knowledgable about tax requirements/laws and responsive to my questions, he returned a phone call within minutes, and was extremely polite and professional. I'll give him 5 Stars in talent, performance, likability, experience, and knowledge. I highly recommend Mr. Sing to anyone needing tax/accounting services.

My previous CPA for 15 years retired. As I was in search of a new CPA, I found Jainan through this app and he has been extremely helpful answering all my questions since then. My previous CPA was very manual but with Jainan, my turn around is fast since I can upload all docs using the Intuit platform he provides. The tax filing is definitely more efficient.
