I reached out to Saftwat & Marston to sort through issues related to LLCs and my mom's estate that needed to be dealt with after her passing. Safwat was quick to get back to me, was always responsive during the time we worked together and patient with my lack of expertise on the topic of taxes. More importantly, he was quick to help us when we got a notice regarding late fees that were incurred prior to engaging with him (see previous comment about my lack of expertise). It's seldom difficult for anyone to notice and appreciate hard work when they see it. Safwat is quite a hardworking professional who is working round the clock to ensure that your needs are met. I had a pressing tax issue to resolve and I called him when there was barely 4 mins for his working hours to close (after calling many other CPAs) . However, he took my case and started working on it instantly when he realized my issue and didn't complain about it. He was responsive during the whole process and brought my case to a swift and successful closure within a couple of days. Keep up the good work Safwat!

I have not heard back from IRS yet regarding my amended returns. It takes about three weeks to get into system, but what I do know is that Safwat was very easy to work with. He was responsive and communicated as needed. He was kind enough to send my two 1040X forms for me and now I await word from the IRS. I am eager to hear that all was accomplished correctly. I do feel that if any issues arise that Safwat will avail himself to make modifications. Lastly, of the three or 4 accountants I reached out to, he’s the only one I heard back from and that in and of itself is good business. 👏🏽👏🏽

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive. Our prices are based on the type of services we provide. Usually we are able to provide an estimate after we are able to discuss the project or job with the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually will interview the client by phone or in person about the type of services they want done. After gathering all the particulars we are able to confirm our pricing. If the customer agree's with the price we will write up an agreement for both parties to sign.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Certified Public Accountant,Certified Quickbooks online 2017, continuing education, Seminars and webinars.
