- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing. We do not charge per hour as we are a lump sum contractor. We quote for the whole job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to gather as much information regarding the current heater as possible, including, where it is located in the building, the model and serial number. Pictures of the customer's current installation are always helpful and appreciated. We also need a brief description of the current issue with the water heater. No hot water? Pilot light won't stay lit? Leaking water heater? We would prefer a phone call so we can gather this information but we are flexible to the customers needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years plumbing experience, 5 years specifically in water heaters and a C36 plumbing contractors license.
