- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to set up a "In home design consultation". We will schedule a time that is convenient for you to meet with one of our field representatives. When we arrive at your home we will talk about your needs and wants for your project. We will then take exact measurements of the area to create a computer 3D design that will show what your project will look like. We will bring a variety of color samples for you to choose from. Once all the details have been selected and everything has been approved by our customers a deposit is collected to get it started. In about 4 weeks we arrive back to your home for installation!
