Jay did an absolutely outstanding job on both our floors and our backsplash. His communication was amazing and he took time to answer all of our questions. Jay brought us some flooring samples and we fell in love with one. The first thing people say when they walk into our home is, "I love these floors." Thank you Jay! You are the best.

Encountered a driver for this company on the 215 fwy, refused to let us merge, once we did he proceeded to tailgate, sped to cut us off, flipped us off when we came up extra to him, was driving without a shirt and being completely unprofessional. If this is any example of the way this company run their business or the type of employees they have i would stay far away! I will let all of my friends and family know to stay far away!

Unfortunately, the "employee" you are bashing on this site is the Owner of Starkwood Hardwood Floors. You will not be demeaning anyone today with your silly post. You recollected the scenario quite in your favor. The man driving the car you were a passenger in cut me off first and proceeded to speed check me from the front. As far as flying the bird... I recall you took my picture as I gave you nothing more than a peace sign- You were the only one flying anything that day. I would also like to cover the no shirt issue.. Have you ever worked so hard your shirt could be rung out in dripping sweat as if you too a dunk in the pool? I am not normally a judgmental person- Its unfortunate for you that you obviously are. Your post will not affect me in the slightest. It is people like you that abuse social media networking because you have idle hands. Have a nice day-

Jay and his helper Jesse installed 9 1/2" tall baseboards throughout our new 3,000 square foot house. I mention the height of the baseboards because we got a few quotes and the people giving us the quotes said that the taller baseboards are harder to install. Jay and Jesse did an EXCELLENT job -- every detail of the install was perfect. Jay and Jesse are professional and they are perfectionists. You want a perfectionist laying your floor and installing your baseboards -- trust me. And an added bonus: Jay and Jesse were two of the most enjoyable contractors we worked with during our house build project. Hire them -- you will be happy you did.
