- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Need a Notary, when you need one, I will be to you with 1 hour. We have Trip Fee of only $20.00 plus notary service fee of $15/00 per signature. Average cost is around $35.00 per notarizations/
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make the notary process simple, professional, and stress-free from the very first call. When a new customer contacts me, I take the time to understand exactly what documents need notarization, confirm the appointment details, and explain what valid identification is required. I offer dependable mobile service and arrive prepared, on time, and ready to help—especially for seniors, families, hospitals, care facilities, and customers who may have difficulty traveling. My goal is to provide respectful, accurate, and convenient service so every customer feels confident, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout the entire notarization process
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring more than 10 years of experience working directly with clients on important financial and personal matters. Through this work, I have developed strong communication, organization, confidentiality, and customer-service skills—qualities that are essential when helping people complete sensitive documents. I understand that clients may feel stressed or unsure when dealing with financial paperwork, estate documents, medical forms, or other personal transactions, so I take the time to listen, explain the notary process clearly, and provide respectful, professional service. My experience has taught me the importance of accuracy, privacy, patience, and treating every client with care and dignity.
