Valery was a true God send for me. I have a father in assisted living and having Valery come to his place was so nice, she's very professional in her work ethic and very courteous. I would definitely recommend Valery for any notary work. I will definitely be using her for all of ours.

(1) Do not misrepresent yourself, either directly (if someone asks you if you are a REGISTERED process server be very clear and say NO.) or implied - If someone is paying you for your service part of that service is for you to know from looking at the documents whether just anyone can do the service or not. If you are not qualified to perform the service it is your professional (and moral) duty to inform them that you cannot provide what they are asking for; (2) If your client CLEARLY understands what they are paying for you should AT LEAST fill out the paperwork correctly, including the date (AND TIME) correctly and check all necessary boxes - otherwise you are doing them a disservice and putting their case in jeopardy, not to mention wasting their time and money; Finally (3) You should go through the process and become a REGISTERED service processor and become a member of NAPPS. The National Association of Professional Process Servers.

(1) I never misrepresented myself as a licensed process server. You never asked if I was a licensed process server. Over two days we talked on the phone & thru emails. I have saved the emails NO MENTION OF REQUIRING A PROCESSOR LICENSE. In response to your cruel slander, the first thing I did when I met you was handing you my notary business card. you never questioned that. Anyone over 18 yrs can serve 10 papers per year without being licensed. You need to concern yourself with morals. We may have spent a total of a couple hours talking & trying to get the job done. You have NO CLUE of my morals. I was hired for a job (legally) and performed that service with success. If you had a requirement of hiring a registered process server there are several reputable process service companies in the area. The fact that YOU failed in YOUR DUE DILIGENCE per judge or paralegal is not mine or anyone else's problem. Also, I will decide what I should & should not do with my career & licenses that I currently have or may obtain in the future. You just put your whole foot in your mouth here. Why didn't you go thru NAPPS. You decided to go the cheap route with someone who is interested in this as extra income paid me $75.00 for a job that should of been @ least at least $200.00. Then you & your wife decided that you wanted my earned $75.00 back. Included in that venum that I had to hear from your wife on my voice mail & business page. Plus she is threatening to bash me on other social media in the Temecula community. You & your wife are behaving very cowardly trying to bully a woman who is just trying to make a living. Please be my guest & trash me more. Be sure you & your wife include the amount you paid me to do a job that, you even agreed with me before we parted that it went very well. You were pleased. Grow up and take responsibility for the your lack of preparation on your end. I did my job
