Dennis is a friendly guy. His prices are reasonable, and he works hard.
Dennis completed two projects for me or two separate occasions. On the first occasion, I needed to pave over an existing grass lawn driveway to install a basketball court for my son . Dennis offered great expertise in how to level the concrete slope to not only ensure water drainage, but at the same time to keep the court level for my son to shoot. Because of the ease at which this project was completed, I consulted Dennis on the second project, which was to concrete over my unfinished backyard. Again on this occasion he offers his expertise in getting the job done in the most efficient and cost effective way possible. Over the next two days of working, I hardly knew Dennis was there. He was at the site on time, completed his work and the project as planned. The final results were excellent!
I fully recommend Dennis for any job, of any complexity.

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Dennis and his brothers! We had an issue with some flooding (in the winter) as our back yard sloped towards the house and extreme heat (in the summer) since we didn’t have a patio cover. We called Dennis to come out and give us a quote on the overwhelming project. He was very easy to talk to and we could tell he is a very experienced contractor (he even came with pictures so that we had an idea of the kind of work he has done). Dennis and his crew flattened our yard out, put in a drainage system, poured concrete, and built a beautiful patio cover onto the back of our house. No more flooding and the house stays very cool! We would definitely recommend EDS Construction because of the quality of work and the integrity of all the workers that came to work on this project. We also really liked that Dennis is pretty easy to get a hold of. If he doesn’t answer right away, we still get a response fairly quickly, which we appreciated. We’ve had a lot of work done to our house (new first time home owners) and enjoyed working with Dennis the most. We plan to use him again for our next big project.

Hi Dennis,
Its been a couple months since you did the concrete patio job. I just wanted to say thank you so much for the superb job you and your brothers did on my property. It continues to look beautiful and I am really impressed how you were able to match the existing stamping and curves. We are enjoying the patio so much. Thanks again to your brothers who were also so very polite and hard working. Can't believe you got this big job completed in one day. Excellent communication and coordination. This company did a wonderful job on my entire back yard. The cost was fare and all work was as they promised. All materials used was the best available. Great people to work with. If I ever need additional work, they will be the first ones I call.

Good workers, very nice guys. Some of the work is pretty poor.
Very good price. To this date they still have not picked up the scraps and stuff in the trash can they left.

I apologize for leaving the trash in the trash can, we asked you first and you said it was ok, I have called you several times to make an appointment to remove the trash and to discuss what is it that you did not like about the job so I can fix it but you don't return my calls.
