Our typical process for working with a new customer begins with an initial consultation to understand the customer's needs, goals, and preferences for their website. This may include discussing the target audience, desired features and functionality, and overall aesthetic vision for the site. Once we have a clear understanding of the project requirements, we will provide a proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and cost for the project. If the customer decides to move forward with us, we will then begin the design process, which typically includes an initial design to go over together and then refine the look and feel of the website. Throughout the project, we will work closely with our client to ensure that their vision is being realized and to make any necessary adjustments along the way. We believe that open communication and collaboration is key to delivering a successful website that meets our clients needs and expectations. Once the website is complete, we will provide training and support to ensure that our client is able to manage and update their website as needed.
